Refund and Return Policy

We hope you are enjoying your latest purchase but if that isn’t the case you can return the item for a full refund. Please see below for more information about our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags and labels attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

E-mail [email protected] to request a refund (Please include your name on the order and your order number).
Fill out and return the Return and Refund Form.
Package the product and a receipt/proof of purchase then send to the address below (we are not responsible for the cost of shipping and handling returns):

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within thirty days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet please follow the steps below:

First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
